摘要
目的探讨胃癌专项健康教育对胃癌一级亲属疾病认知的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月医院住院治疗的胃癌患者一级亲属324名作为研究对象,按组间基本资料匹配原则分为观察组和对照组,各162名。对照组给予常规肿瘤科健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予胃癌专项健康教育。分别于干预开始前和干预3个月后采用本院自制的胃癌知识问卷、胃镜知识问卷及胃癌高危因素认知问卷进行调查,比较两组干预后的胃镜筛查率。结果干预后,两组亲属胃癌及胃镜知识得分、胃癌高危因素认知评分均明显升高,观察组各项知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜筛查率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌专项健康教育能够提高胃癌患者一级亲属对胃癌、胃镜相关知识及胃癌高危因素认知,普及“早发现、早诊断、早治疗”知识,并且可以使胃癌的诊疗向前推进一步。
Objective To explore the effects of special health education for gastric cancer on the cognition of first-degree relatives of gastric cancer.Methods 324 first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients hospitalized in hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of matching basic data between groups,with 162 patients in each group.The control group was given routine oncology health education,and the observation group was given special health education on the basis of the control group.The self-developed gastric cancer knowledge questionnaire,gastroscopy knowledge questionnaire and gastric cancer risk factors cognition questionnaire were used to investigate before intervention and 3 months after intervention respectively,and the screening rate of gastroscopy after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the relative gastric cancer and gastroscopy knowledge scores,gastric cancer risk factor cognitive scores were signifi cantly increased in the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,the knowledge scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)the observation group was higher than the control group,the gastroscopy screening rate was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Special health education for gastric cancer could improve first-degree relatives'knowledge of gastric cancer,gastroscopy and risk factors of gastric cancer,popularize the knowledge of"early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment",and promote the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
