摘要
节能量审核是定量评价建筑节能工作效果的方法之一,有促进节能减排的重要作用。本文以广州图书馆节能升级改造项目为案例,依据《公共建筑节能改造节能量核定导则》、《民用建筑能耗标准》等相关标准和文件,从节能技术措施、能耗状况、能源管理和计算方法等方面进行分析,审核改造后的建筑面积98177平方米,节能量为251832.16标准煤,减少碳排放545468.46 t/CO,综合节能率16.15%,总节能费用为3972396.49元。满足合同能源管理节能率提高15%的要求,为开展同类公共建筑节能改造工作节能量审核办法的原则和方法提供了借鉴作用。
Energy saving audit is one of the methods to quantitatively evaluate the effect of building energy conservation, which plays an important role in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. Taking the energy-saving upgrading and reconstruction project of Guangzhou Library as an example,this paper analyzes the energy-saving technical measures,energy consumption status,energy management and calculation methods,according to ’the guidelines for the verification of energy-saving amount of energy-saving transformation of public buildings’,’the energy consumption standard of civil buildings’ and other relevant standards and documents.After the review and transformation,the reconstructed building area is 98177 m~2,the energy-saving amount is 251832.16 standard coal,the reduction of carbon emission is 545468.46 t/co,and the comprehensive energy-saving rate is 16.15%.The total energy-saving cost is 3972396.49 yuan,which meets the requirements of the 15% increasing of the energy-saving rate of contract energy management, and provides a reference for the principles and methods of energy-saving audit methods for the energy-saving transformation of similar public buildings.
