高地应力层状隧道爆破分析与控制技术研究

摘要 为研究不同地应力作用对层状隧道爆破产生的影响,以某高地应力作用隧道段为工程背景,利用离散元软件3DEC对不同地应力作用下层状隧道爆破振速与位移进行分析,据此提出相应的爆破控制技术。研究结果表明:地应力对隧道周围炮孔施加应力波后的振速传播影响较小,但对围岩岩体质点位移有挟制作用;爆破后隧道两侧拱脚位置的位移量在不同工况下均较小,在炮孔设计时可以采用在拱脚位置适当增加装药量;从炮孔钻眼精度以及装药结构方面均可采取相应措施以减少超欠挖现象。 In order to study the influence of different in-situ stress on layered tunnel blasting,taking a tunnel section under high ground stress as the engineering background,the blasting vibration velocity and displacement of lower layered tunnel under different in-situ stress are analyzed by using the discrete element software 3 DEC,and the corresponding blasting control technology is put forward.The results show that the in-situ stress has little effect on the vibration velocity propagation after the stress wave is applied to the blast holes around the tunnel,but it has a restraining effect on the particle displacement of the surrounding rock mass.After blasting,the displacement at the arch foot on both sides of the tunnel is small under different working conditions.In the blast hole design,it can be used to appropriately increase the charge at the arch foot.Corresponding measures can be taken from the aspects of borehole drilling accuracy and charging structure to reduce over excavation and under excavation。
