摘要
考虑到传统方法在评价高速公路预制小箱梁承载性能时,存在拟合度低、承载力数据采集速率慢的问题,提出不同开裂状态下高速公路预制小箱梁承载性能评价方法。利用最大熵方法描述预制小箱梁形变量,通过计算预制小箱梁发生形变的概率,计算出预制小箱梁发生形变的程度,完成对预制小箱梁形变的检测。根据预制小箱梁各个支撑点的静动力分布情况,给出高速公路预制小箱梁承载性能支撑点的总数,通过计算预制小箱梁各个支撑点静动力的幅值,更新小箱梁各个支撑点静动力的置信度。基于预制小箱梁各支撑点的荷载,分析高速公路预制小箱梁支撑点的静动力,在确定预制小箱梁承载性能基本指标的基础上,获取不同开裂状态下预制小箱梁承载性能指标权值,结合设计的预制小箱梁承载性能评价算法,实现预制小箱梁承载性能的评价。结果表明:本文方法不仅可以提高小箱梁承载性能评价结果与实际结果之间的拟合度,还可以通过加快承载力数据采集速率,提高承载性能评价效率。
Considering the problems of low fitting degree and slow data acquisition rate of bearing capacity when evaluating the bearing performance of expressway precast small box girder by traditional methods,an evaluation method of bearing performance of expressway precast small box girder under different cracking states is proposed.The shape variable of precast small box girder is described by the maximum entropy method.By calculating the probability of deformation of precast small box girder,the degree of deformation of precast small box girder is calculated,and the deformation of precast small box girder is detected.According to the static and dynamic distribution of each support point of precast small box girder,the total number of bearing performance support points of precast small box girder of expressway is given.By calculating the amplitude of static and dynamic force of each support point of precast small box girder,the confidence of static and dynamic force of each support point of small box girder is updated.Based on the load of each support point of precast small box girder,the static and dynamic forces of precast small box girder support points of expressway are analyzed.On the basis of determining the basic indexes of precast small box girder bearing performance,the weight of precast small box girder bearing performance index under different cracking states is obtained.Combined with the designed precast small box girder bearing performance evaluation algorithm,the evaluation of precast small box girder bearing performance is realized.The experimental results show that the method in this paper can not only improve the fitting degree between the bearing performance evaluation results and the actual results,but also improve the efficiency of bearing performance evaluation by accelerating the data acquisition rate of bearing capacity.
