摘要
为响应国家“双碳”战略的号召,促进海上风电产业的发展,拟对某企业的“船务驳1”进行改装,增加了运输驳船功能,用于承接海上风导管架或大型钢结构等重大物运输业务,并运用水动力计算软件SESAM对改装后的“船务驳1”进行波浪载荷直接计算和结构强度的有限元分析,结果表明:最大垂向波浪弯矩出现在1/2船长处,最大垂向波浪剪力出现在1/4和3/4船长处,且对应10-8概率水平下的长期预报值分别为4.463×108N·m、1.523×107N和1.527×107N;通过计算分析,得到本船甲板、船底外板、舷侧外板、纵横舱壁等主要构件的最大中面应力和屈曲利用因子均满足规范要求。可见,改装后的“船务驳1”强度满足CCS的规范要求,且计算过程对于其他船舶的波浪载荷和结构强度分析有一定的借鉴意义。
In response to the call of the country's"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy and to promote the development of the offshore wind power industry,it was planned to refit the company's"shipping barge 1",adding the function of a transport barge,which was used to undertake major projects such as offshore wind jackets or large steel structures.And the hydrodynamic calculation software SESAM was used to directly calculate the wave load and the finite element analysis of the structural strength of the refitted"shipping barge 1"was carried out.The results show that the maximum vertical wave bending moment occurs at 1/2 of the length of the ship,the maximum vertical wave shear force occurs at 1/4 and 3/4 of the length of the ship,and the long-term forecast values corresponding to the probability level of 10-8 are 4.463×108N·m,1.523×107N and 1.527×107N.Through calculation and analysis,it is obtained that the maximum mid-plane stress and buckling utilization factor of the main components of the ship,such as deck,bottom shell,side shell,longitudinal and transverse bulkheads are all meet the requirements of the specification.It can be seen that the strength of the refitted"shipping barge 1"meets the requirements of CCS rules,and the calculation process has certain reference significance for the analysis of wave loads and structural strength of other ships.
