无机房电梯轿厢机械锁定装置的检验分析与探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在无机房电梯日益普及的背景下,井道内部电梯各零部件的维护保养问题也受到高度的关注,而机械锁定装置作为提供作业场地的重要安全机构,应当加强其管理与检测,及时排查存在的安全隐患。基于此,通过了解多家无机房电梯制造商的机械锁定装置,归纳总结出无机房电梯轿厢机械锁定装置通用的结构形式。此外,通过研读机械锁定装置检验检测方面的规范和文献,参考其他相关的机械锁定装置检验案例,系统性地对机械锁定装置的检验方法进行介绍。最后,通过列举两个机械锁定装置的检验案例,结合检验方法对其缺陷进行了分析,并通过实际的整改方案对解决机械锁定装置的设计和安装过程提供建议,保证了机械锁定装置在无机房电梯应用过程中的安全性和可靠性。 In the context of the increasing popularity of machine-room-less elevators,the maintenance of various elevator components in the hoistway has also received high attention.As an important safety mechanism for providing a working site,the mechanical locking device should strengthen its management and testing,and timely check for existing safety hazards.Based on this,the general structural forms of the mechanical locking device of the machine-room-less elevator were summarized by understanding the mechanical locking devices of many machine-room-less elevator manufacturers.In addition,by studying the specifications and literature on the inspection and testing of mechanical locking devices,and referring to other relevant mechanical locking device inspection cases,the inspection methods of mechanical locking devices were systematically introduced.Finally,by citing two inspection cases of the mechanical locking device,combined with the inspection methods,its defects were analyzed,and the design and installation process of the mechanical locking device were provided with suggestions through the actual rectification plan,which ensured that the mechanical locking device could be used safety and reliability in the applications of the machine-room-less elevator.
