一起大容量电力变压器局部放电故障分析与处理

摘要 局部放电测量旨在检测出变压器潜在绝缘缺陷,是电力变压器例行试验和现场交接试验重要项目之一。针对一起大容量电力变压器在感应试验中出现的局部放电量超标故障,通过外部干扰排查、内部电气诊断、局放信号定位等方法,结合X光扫描和红外光谱检测手段,确定了绝缘材料缺陷部位,制定了解决故障方案,及时地修复了缺陷。在故障诊断过程中,根据额定分接下的测试结果,巧妙地结合变压器的电气连线和线圈结构排列特点,在另一挡位下进行了局部放电测试和对比,然后综合运用电气诊断、超声波分析、光谱检测等技术,成功处理了故障,为变压器制造厂和运行单位快速解决类似问题提供了新思路,而且为绝缘材料制造商改进生产工艺流程、制定绝缘件出厂检测规程提供参考。 Partial discharge measurement aims to detect potential insulation defects of transformer,and is one of the important items of routine test and on-site handover test of power transformer.In view of the excessive partial discharge fault of a large capacity power transformer in the induction test,through the methods of external interference troubleshooting,internal electrical diagnosis,partial discharge signal positioning,etc.,combined with X-ray scanning and infrared spectrum detection methods,the defective parts of insulation materials were determined,the fault solution was developed,and the defects were repaired in time.In the process of fault diagnosis,according to the test results under rated tapping,and ingeniously combining the electrical wiring and coil structure arrangement characteristics of the transformer,the partial discharge test and comparison were carried out at another gear,and then electrical diagnosis,ultrasonic analysis,spectral detection and other technologies were comprehensively used to successfully handle the fault,providing a new idea for transformer manufacturers and operating units to quickly solve similar problems,it also provides reference for insulating material manufacturers to improve production process and formulate factory inspection procedures for insulating parts.
