摘要
利用农业化学常规分析法测定元氏县连翘种植区不同种植模式下的土壤养分含量,利用Excel、SPSS对试验数据进行处理,分析元氏县连翘种植区不同种植模式下土壤养分动态变化,探究该地区连翘种植最佳模式,为指导该县连翘科学种植提供数据支持。结果表明,不同种植模式、不同采样深度土壤养分指标含量差异明显,其中速效磷含量受影响最大,pH受影响最小;植物与土壤间有特殊信息交流,连翘单作对土壤养分含量的影响主要表现在取样深度0~20 cm;在取样深度0~20 cm,与空地相比,连翘单作、连翘-草套作土壤碱性加强,含量下降的指标有全氮、有机质、碱解氮等;在取样深度20~40 cm,与空地相比,土壤碱性加强,含量下降的指标有全氮、有机质、碱解氮等;连翘单作与连翘-草套作相比,含量较高的指标有碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾等,含量较低的指标有全氮、有机质、有效锰等,差异较显著的指标有碱解氮、速效钾、有效铁及有效锌。连翘单作可以促进土壤碱性提高,连翘-草套作更有利于连翘的生长发育以及有效成分的积累。
Soil nutrient contents of Yuanshi forsythia were determined by routine analysis method for agricultural chemical under different planting patterns.The test data were treated by Excel and SPSS to analyze soil nutrient dynamic change under different planting patterns and explore forsythia the best planting patterns in the region,in order to provide data support for planting forsythia.There were significant difference in soil nutrient contents between different planting modes and sampling depths,in which the content of available phosphorus was the most affected,and pH was the least affected.There was special information exchange between plants and soil.The effect of forsythia planting on soil nutrient content was mainly reflected in the sampling depth of 0-20 cm.At the sampling depth of 0-20 cm,the soil alkalinity of forsythia monocultural and forsythia grass intercropping soil increased,and the contents of total nitrogen,organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen decreased.At the sampling depth of 20-40 cm,soil alkalinity increased,and soil content decreased due to total nitrogen,organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen.Compared with forsythia monoculture and forsythia grass intercropping,the indexes with higher content were alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,while the indexes with lower content were total nitrogen,organic matter and available manganese,and the indexes with more significant differences were alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available potassium,available iron and available zinc.Forsythia could promote soil alkalinity,and forsythia grass intercropping was more beneficial to the growth and accumulation of active components.
