基于在线监测设备的全水管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 重点分析了钢铁行业现阶段水管理系统现状和亟待解决的问题,介绍了基于在线监测设备的全水管理系统。通过增加在线监测设备、升级现有算法、分析实际案例经济效益,以及运用全水管理系统,能够确保水系统处于安全和平衡的最佳状态,减少维修次数和运行成本,提升工作效率,延长设备使用寿命,进而达到节水节能的环保工作目标。 This article focused on analyzing the current status of the water management system in the iron and steel industry and the problems that need to be resolved and then introduced the whole water management system based on the online monitoring equipment.After that by means of taking such measures as increasing the numbers of online monitoring equipment,upgrading existing algorithms,analyzing economic benefits of actual cases and using the whole water management system,the optimum state on safety and balance in terms of the water system could be ensured.And therefore the maintenance frequency for the equipment and operating cost were reduced,operating efficiency was improved and the service life of the equipment was extended.Finally the environmental protection goals of water and energy saving were achieved.
