摘要
以玉米酒精废醪为实验对象,采用批量式装置在37℃和27℃下进行厌氧发酵,探究厌氧发酵产沼气过程中辅酶F_(420)浓度与产甲烷能力的关系.结果表明:废醪在37℃下的产气情况优于27℃;37℃发酵体系的污泥中辅酶F浓度明显高于27℃的浓度;在发酵过程中,甲烷含量以及产量随辅酶F_(420)浓度的升高而升高,对甲烷产率和辅酶F_(420)浓度进行拟合,发现辅酶F浓度与甲烷产率之间存在良好的线性关系.
The relationship between the concentration of coenzyme F_(420) and the methanogenic capacity in the anaerobic fermentation of waste mash of corn alcohol at 37 ℃ and 27 ℃ was studied by batch fermentation.The results showed that the gas production of waste mash at 37 ℃ was better than that at 27 ℃.The concentration of coenzyme F_(420) in the sludge of the fermentation system at 37 ℃ was significantly higher than that at 27 ℃.During the fermentation process, the methane content and production increased with the increase of coenzyme F_(420) concentration.The methane yield and coenzyme Fconcentration were fitted, and a good linear relationship was found between coenzyme Fconcentration and methane yield.
