摘要
目的:观察自主学习联合标准化培训对助理执业医师技能考核通过率的影响。方法:在新冠疫情影响下,助理全科医师学员培训形式改变,对某高校58名学员技能培训采用自主学习联合标准化培训模式(观察组),通过回顾性分析与82名学员在普通培训模式(对照组)培训下,对比两组理论成绩、操作成绩、技能考核通过率、综合能力评估评分情况。结果:观察组学员技能操作评分、理论知识评分、总分显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组学员技能考核通过率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:自主学习联合标准化培训对提高助理执业医师技能考核通过率效果显著,应多加推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of independent learning combined with standardized training on the passing rate of skill assessment for assistant medical practitioners. Method: Under the influence of the COVID-19 outbreak,the training for assistant general medical practitioner students training has changed its form. Independent learning joint standardized training mode(observation group) was used for the skill training of 58 students in a university, and ordinary training mode(control group) training was used for 82 students. Through retrospective analysis, the theoretical performance, operation performance, skill assessment passing rate, and comprehensive ability evaluation score of the two groups were compared. Results: The skill operation score, theoretical knowledge score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the passing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Independent learning combined with joint standardized training has significant effect on improving the passing rate of assistant practitioners, which should be promoted and applied.
