摘要
试验选取秦州区平南镇盛丰种养殖合作社内血缘关系清楚,同一胎次的15日龄体重、健康状况相近的新西兰仔兔为研究对象,在110 d内,采用分两个阶段饲喂两种饲料模式与传统“一料到底”的饲喂模式,对肉兔开展育肥增重及产肉性能等对比试验。分两个阶段饲喂两种饲料的为试验组,一料到底的为对照组。通过试验,试验组断奶重比对照组增加37.2 g,显著提高7.31%(P <0.05);2月龄试验组体重比对照组增加52 g,增加4.27%,差异不显著(P> 0.05);3月龄试验组体重比对照组增加277 g,极显著增加20.43%(P <0.01);4月龄试验组体重比对照组增加253 g,极显著增加10.35%(P <0.01)。试验组平均日增重比对照组高4.48 g,极显著提高17.28%(P <0.01);试验组只均总耗料量比对照组少1657.89 g,极显著降低19.42%(P <0.01)。试验组2月龄体长和胸围与对照组差异不明显(P> 0.05);3、4月龄体长和胸围均极显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。试验组半净膛率比对照组高8.86%,全净膛率比对照组高10.66%;净肉率比对照组高10.52%。通过试验结果表明,在做好防疫和消毒的基础上,根据肉兔不同生长阶段,采用不同营养水平的配方饲料分两个阶段分两种饲料饲喂模式,其日增重、料肉比、体长和胸围、屠宰率、净肉率等显著优于多数兔场所用的一料到底的饲喂模式。
The experiment selected New Zealand young rabbits with clear blood relationship in Shengfeng Breeding Cooperative in Pingnan Town,Qinzhou District,and the same parity at the age of 15 days with similar weight and health status as the research object,Within 110 days,the fattening,weight gain and meat production performance of meat rabbits were compared with the traditional feeding mode of two stages and two feeds and the traditional feeding mode of one feed to the end.The experimental group was fed with two kinds of feeds in two stages,and the control group was fed with one kind of feed to the end.Through the test,the weaning weight of the test group increased by 37.2 g and 7.31%compared with the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The body weight of the 2-month old test group was 52 g higher than that of the control group,and the individual body weight was 4.27%higher,with no significant difference(P>0.05);The body weight of the 3-month old test group increased by 277g,20.43%,compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01);The weight of the 4-month old test group increased by 253 g,10.35%,compared with the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).The average daily weight gain of the test group was 4.48g higher than that of the control group,increased by 17.28%,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01);The total material consumption of the test group was 1657.89g less than that of the control group,which was 19.42%lower(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in body length and chest circumference between the experimental group and the control group at the age of 2 months(P>0.05);The body length and chest circumference at 3 and 4 months of age were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The half clean bore rate of the test group was 8.86%higher than that of the control group,and the full clean bore rate was 10.66%higher than that of the control group;The net meat rate was 10.52%higher than that of the control group.The experiment shows that,on the basis of epidemic prevention and disinfection,according to the different growth stages of meat rabbits,the formula feed with different nutritional levels can be divided into two feeding modes in two stages.The daily gain,feed to meat ratio,body length and chest circumference,slaughter rate and net meat rate are obviously superior to the feeding mode of one nutritional level and one feeding to the end used by most rabbit farms in our district.
