摘要
目的:探讨报废乳糜血浆中脂质及脂蛋白的检测在巩固献血人群和指导献血者饮食中的价值。方法:选择赣州市中心血站2020年6月-2021年6月的100例献血者(初次献血后,检测为乳糜血浆报废)作为研究对象,按照数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组只进行基础指导;观察组给患者推送检测结果,依据结果进行饮食指导与献血宣教方法。比较两组再次献血的血脂指标、再次献血无偿献血率、再次献血乳糜浆比例。结果:观察组的再次献血血脂指标、再次献血无偿献血率、再次献血乳糜浆比例均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:报废乳糜血浆中脂质及脂蛋白的检测在巩固献血队伍和指导献血者饮食中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the value of lipid and lipoprotein detection in consolidating and guiding blood donors.Methods: All 100 blood donors from June 2020 to June 2021 in Ganzhou Central Blood Station(after the initial blood donation, chyle plasma was detected as discarded) were selected as the research object, According to the digital table method, they were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given basic guidance and no intervention measures were taken, the observation group was given push test results, and dietary guidance and blood donation education methods were given according to the results.Results: The blood lipid index, the free blood donation rate, and the proportion of chylous plasma of the observation group was better than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion: The detection of lipid and lipoprotein in discarded chylous plasma has high clinical value in consolidating and guiding blood donors.
