重金属胁迫下微藻对水体中三硝基菲的吸附作用研究

摘要 以蛋白核小球藻和月牙藻为实验对象,研究在有/无重金属Cd^(2+)胁迫下,两种藻的不同生长状况(活体、死亡)对三硝基菲的吸附效果。结果表明:当无重金属胁迫、三硝基菲浓度为50μg/L时,蛋白核小球藻、月牙藻活体对三硝基菲的最佳吸附率分别为68.46%、73.98%。Cd2+胁迫下,蛋白核小球藻活体初始时对三硝基菲的吸附率较高,10min时吸附率最大,为52.02%;月牙藻活体对三硝基菲的吸附率维持较高水平,150min时吸附率达到最大值82.01%。月牙藻、蛋白核小球藻死体都能快速吸附三硝基菲,最大吸附率分别为96.56%、96.72%,高于活体的吸附率。蛋白核小球藻活体对三硝基菲的吸附率随三硝基菲浓度的增加逐渐减小后趋于平稳;月牙藻活体对三硝基菲的吸附率随三硝基菲浓度增加而不断增大;两种藻死体对三硝基菲的吸附率随浓度增加逐渐增加后趋于平稳。 Two species of algae,namely Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Selenastrum sp.,were chosen as the experimental objects,and the eff ects of their diff erent growth conditions(live or dead)on the adsorption of trinitrophenanthrene under a stress of heavy metal Cd(Ⅱ)were studied.It has indicated that when there was no heavy meal stress and the concentration of trinitrophenanthrene was 50μg/L,the optimal rates of its adsorption by live Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Selenastrum sp.were 68.46%and 73.98%,respectively.Under the stress of heavy metal Cd(Ⅱ),live Chlorella pyrenoidosa had a rather higher rate of adsorbing trinitrophenanthrene at the initial moment reaching a maximum of 52.02%in 10 minutes,whilst the adsorption rate of live Selenastrum sp.maintained at higher level reaching a peak of 82.01%in 150 minutes.Both dead Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Selenastrum sp.were able to adsorb trinitrophenanthrene rapidly up to 96.56%and 96.72%,higher than that of their live ones,respectively.The adsorption by live Chlorella pyrenoidosa gradually declined and tended to get smooth along with the increase in trinitrophenanthrene concentration.However,the adsorption by live Selenastrum sp.augmented along with the constant increase in trinitrophenanthrene concentration.Adsorption rates of both dead bodies gradually rose along with the increase in trinitrophenanthrene concentration and then tended to get steady.
