导热油控制阀设计选型探讨

摘要 导热油介质具有高温下渗透性强及中等毒性的特点,分析探讨了导热油控制阀在实际工程应用中出现的气动开关阀选型不当、非波纹管密封控制阀填料泄漏、波纹管循环寿命无要求、角行程限位开关无反应、阀门泄漏超标等问题,并在此基础上,总结了导热油控制阀型式选择、波纹管的选型、控制阀口径选择及限位开关的选型等,对高温导热油控制阀设计选型有一定指导意义。 Aiming at the characteristics of strong permeability and moderate toxicity under high temperature for heat transfer oil,in the practical application of hot oil control and on-off valve,the problem of wrong type selection of pneumatic on-off valve,packing leakage for non-corrugated pipe seal control valve,no-requirement for corrugated pipe cycle-life,non-reaction for angular travel limit switch and out of limit of valve leakage and so on are analyzed and summarized.On the basis,type selection of control and on/of valve,type selection of corrugated pipe,selection of control valve caliber and type selection of limit switch and so on for heat transfer oil are analyzed and discussed.It provides certain guiding significance for the design and type selection of control valve for heat transfer oil.
