摘要
基于隧道磁阻阵列电流传感器测量技术,文章研究一种无集磁铁芯的钳形电流表及自动平衡调整方法。将载流导体放置钳头组件内,载流导体带来的磁场会使TRM组产生感应电压。感应电压经过信号处理装置进行转换处理,还原成载流导体的电流数值。通过此方式,可以测量毫安培级别至1 000安培以上的直流或者交流电流信号,频带可达0~100千赫兹,同时有效降低载流导体与钳头组件相对位置带来的附加误差。
Based on the measurement technology of tunnel magnetoresistive array current sensor,this paper studies a clamp-on ammeter of magnetless core and an automatic balance adjustment method.The current-carrying conductor is placed in the clamp head assembly,and the magnetic field brought by the current-carrying conductor will induce an induced voltage in the TRM group.The induced voltage is converted by the signal processing device and deoxidized to the current value of the current-carrying conductor.In this way,it could measure DC or AC current signals from milliampere level to more than 1 000 amperes,and the frequency band could reach 0 to 100 kHz,while effectively reducing the additional error caused by the relative position of the current-carrying conductor and the clamp head assembly.
