摘要
为了降低产品在生产、检验过程中的质量风险,以婴儿奶粉为例采用质谱法检测了产品中含碘量。分析了检测过程中的不确定度来源,采用不确定度评定的A类和B类评定法计算各分量,最后合成为该奶粉产品的总测量不确定度,根据不确定度结果设计出了产品质量的判定区间,对生产企业、检测机构如何进行产品质量判定和降低生产或检测风险提供了方法参考和技术依据。
In order to reduce the quality risk of products in the process of production and inspection,this paper takes the infant milk powder as an example,and detects the iodine content in products by mass spectrometry.It analyzes the source of uncertainty in the detection process,and uses the class A and class B evaluation method which is evaluated by uncertainty to calculate each component.Finally,they compose the total measurement uncertainty of the milk powder product.According to the uncertainty results,the judgment interval of product quality is designed,which provides a method reference and technical basis for manufacturers and testing institutions to judge product quality and reduce production or testing risks.
