摘要
延续取水许可管理是取水许可管理的基础工作,广东省延续取水许可工作已开展多年,但仍存在未及时延续取水许可、未开展延续取水许可评估、核减不合理水量方法不明等问题。该文以习近平总书记生态文明思想为指导,讨论了现阶段广东省延续取水许可实际工作中的问题,并提出严格延续取水许可程序、规范延续取水许可评估、科学核减不合理水量等对策,为广东省取水许可管理工作提供了思路方向。
Renewal of water abstraction permit management is the basic work of water abstraction permit management.Guangdong Province has been working on extending water abstraction permit for many years,but there are still problems such as failure to renew water abstraction permit in time,failure to carry out assessment of renewal water abstraction permit,and unclear methods for verifying and reducing unreasonable water volume.Under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping s thought on ecological civilization,this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures in the actual work of extending the water abstraction permit in Guangdong Province at this stage,and provides a direction for the management of water abstraction permit in Guangdong Province.
