摘要
职业教育“三全育人”新格局势在必行,职业教育改革在多维度推陈出新,其中“岗课赛证”融通与课程思政建设成为支撑改革的两大重心。为更好地践行改革思路,促成改革成果落地,需厘清“岗课赛证”融通与课程思政之间的逻辑关系,以促进资源整合,引导提升合力。探究表明,“岗课赛证”与课程思政互为补充、互为指引,二者同心同向,本质上内含于协同育人理念之上,成为浙江金融职业学院提升“千日成长工程”实施提效的重要抓手。
The new situation of“Three-all Education”in vocational education is imperative,and vocational education reform is innovating in multiple dimensions.Of them,the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”and curriculum ideological and political construction have become the two major centers of support for the reform.In order to better implement the reform ideas and promote the implementation of the reform results,it is necessary to clarify the logical relationship between the integration of“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”and curriculum ideological and political education,so as to promote the integration of resources and guide the improvement of synergy.The research shows that“Post,Course,Competition,Certificate”and curriculum ideological and political education complement each other and guide each other.The two are of the same direction,and are essentially embedded in the concept of collaborative education,becoming the“Thousand-day Growth Project”of Zhejiang Finance College,an important starting point for implementing efficiency improvements.
