融合DCS上下位机的系统级自动化测试方法

System Level Automatic Test Method Integrating DCS Upper and Lower Computers

摘要 阐述融合DCS上下位机的系统级自动化测试方法、整体框架、关键技术和实践过程和效果,互相增强,实现1+1大于2的应用效果,形成系统级的测试技术和平台。使用到了界面自动化操作工具QTP和RF+Selenium,TestStand自动化测试框架调度LaBVIEW和Python脚本,Scapy封装统一控制协议UCP(Universal Control Protocal)等,通过上述技术,形成了一套上下位机融合的闭环测试方法和整体测试平台,在实践过程中,有效的提高了DCS系统测试的覆盖率、测试效率。 This paper expounds the system level automatic test method, overall framework, key technology, practical process and effect of integrating DCS upper and lower computers, enhances each other, realizes the application effect of 1+1 greater than 2, and forms the system level test technology and platform. Using the interface automation tools QTP and RF+selenium, TestStand automation test framework scheduling LabVIEW and python scripts, and scapy encapsulating the unified control protocol UCP(Universal Control Protocol), a set of closed-loop test method and overall test platform integrating upper and lower computers have been formed through the above technologies.In the process of practice, It effectively improves the test coverage and test efficiency of DCS system.
