摘要
柔性石墨具有特殊的结构与优异的性能,广泛应用于众多领域,柔性石墨的制备技术及改性工艺飞速发展。从氧化插层过程、膨胀过程及模压成型过程等角度综述了柔性石墨制备技术的研究进展,分析了溶液浸渍法、表面涂层法及基体改性法等改性技术的优缺点,并介绍了柔性石墨常见的应用领域。
Flexible graphite with special structures and excellent properties has been widely used.The preparation methods and modification techniques of flexible graphite have also developed rapidly.The research progress on the preparation of flexible graphite was reviewed including oxidation intercalation process,expansion process and molding process.The advantages and disadvantages of solution impregnation method,surface coating method and matrix modification method were analyzed,and the common application fields of flexible graphite were introduced.
