摘要
以5.5模高模数硅酸钾、硅丙乳液、氧化锌和铝粉为主要原料制备铝粉掺杂氧化锌水性无机防腐涂料。通过物理力学实验和电化学实验研究铝粉掺量对涂料黏度、附着力、冲击强度、黏结性能和防腐性能的影响,并通过表征涂料微观形貌和物相组成探讨其防腐机理。结果表明:当铝粉掺量为25%时,铝粉掺杂氧化锌水性无机涂料的综合性能较优;在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡7 d后,其极化电阻较对照组高出39622Ω·cm^(2)。铝粉掺杂氧化锌水性无机涂料的防腐机理主要为物理屏蔽作用和阴极保护作用。
Aluminum powder doped zinc oxide waterborne inorganic anticorrosive coatings were prepared with 5.5 modulus high modulus potassium silicate,silicone acrylic emulsion,zinc oxide and aluminum powder.The effects of aluminum powder content on the viscosity,adhesion,impact strength,bonding strength and corrosion resistance of coatings were studied through physical mechanical experiments and electrochemical experiments.The micromorphology and phase composition of coatings were characterized to reveale the anticorrosion mechanism.The results indicated that when the content of aluminum powder was 25 wt.%,the coatings showed the better comprehensive performance.After soaking in 3.5%NaCl solution for 7 d,the polarization resistance was 39622Ω·cm^(2)higher than that of the reference.The coatings could show excellent property of corrosion resistance because of physical shielding and cathodic protection.
