摘要
一体化衔接是中高职衔接的一种整体性、系统化形式,既是一种指导中高职衔接实践的核心理念,又是一种衔接的结果状态,具有一定的衔接广度和深度。中高职一体化衔接对于提高人才培养效益和完善我国现代职业教育体系具有重要意义。推进中高职一体化衔接,必须抓住三大关键点,即课程体系一体化设计、突出学习能力培养和机制一体化协同。在实践层面,“职教高考”、制度冲突和教学路径依赖会给中高职一体化衔接带来挑战。对此,提出了协调关系、优化机制和开展行动导向的教师学习与培训等应对策略。
Integrated connection is an integral and systematic form of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education.It is not only a core concept to guide the practice of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,but also a result state of the connection,which has a certain breadth and depth of connection.The integration of secondary and higher vocational education is of great significance to improve the efficiency of talent training and improve China's modern vocational education system.To promote the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,it is necessary to grasp three key points,namely,the integrated design of curriculum system,the cultivation of learning ability and the integration and coordination of mechanism.In practice,“vocational education college entrance examination”,system conflict and teaching path dependence may bring prominent challenges to the integration of secondary and higher vocational education.In this regard,some coping strategies are put forward,such as coordinating relationship,optimizing mechanism and action-oriented teacher learning and training.
