摘要
目的探讨纠正性动作训练在提高军队飞行人员功能性动作筛查(functional movement screen,FMS)评分中的研究应用。方法选取2020-03~12月在作者单位进行疗养的116名飞行人员中FMS总分低于14分的飞行员为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组(n=60)和对照组(n=56)。干预组根据FMS得分实施针对性的纠正训练,对照组进行常规体能训练,训练25天后观察FMS成绩的变化。结果两组训练前深蹲、跨栏步、直线弓箭步、肩部灵活性、直腿主动上抬、躯干稳定俯卧撑旋转稳定性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组通过纠正性训练后FMS总分由(14.10±1.17)分提高至(18.42±1.31)分,深蹲、跨栏步、直线弓箭步、直腿主动上抬、旋转稳定性较训练前差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),肩部灵活性、躯干稳定俯卧撑旋转稳定性差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);对照组实施常规体能训练后总分由(13.84±0.80)分提高至(15±0.45)分,旋转稳定性训练前后差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论纠正性动作训练可有效提高飞行人员FMS评分,改善自身的动作障碍,克服训练中的薄弱环节,预防军事训练伤的发生。
Objective To explore the application of corrective action training in improving the score of functional movement screen(FMS)of military pilots.Methods The pilots who came to recuperate from March to December 2020 were performed with FMS,116 pilots whose total FMS score were less than 14 were selected as the study subjects,which were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=60)and control group(n=56).The intervention group was given the corrective training according to the FMS score,while the control group was given routine physical training;after 25 days of training,the changes of FMS score were observed.Results Except for the rotary stability,there was no significant difference between the two groups in deep squat,hurdling step,lunge in a straight line,shoulder flexibility,lift up with straight legs,stabilizing pushup before training(P>0.05).After the corrective training,the total score of FMS in the intervention group increased from(14.10±1.17)to(18.42±1.31),there were significant differences in deep squat,hurdling step,lunge in a straight line,lift up with straight legs rotary stability compared to before(all P<0.01),there were significant differences in shoulder flexibility and stabilizing pushup(all P<0.05).After the routine physical training,the total score of the control group increased from(13.84±0.80)to(15±0.45),and there was significant difference in rotary stability(all P<0.01)before and after the rotary stability training.Conclusion Corrective action training can effectively improve the FMS score of pilots,improve their own movement obstacles,overcome the weak links in training,and prevent the occurrence of military training injuries.
