摘要
柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自《伤寒论》,具有和解泻热、镇静安神的功效。大多医家用其治疗精神系统疾病、心血管系统疾病及消化系统疾病等。彭斌教授认为,肝胃不和型梅核气病因病机为情志失调,肝失疏泄,气机逆乱,木旺乘土,横逆反胃,胃失和降,气机上逆,循经犯于咽喉,运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗梅核气,可疏肝和胃,调畅咽喉。
Bupleurum plus Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction originates from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.It has the effect of harmonizing,purging heat and calming nerves.Most doctors use it to treat mental system diseases,cardiovascular system diseases and digestive system diseases,etc.Professor Peng Bin believes that the pathogeneses of globus hystericus with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome include emotional disorder,liver failing to disperse,disorder of qi movement,exuberant wood over-restricting earth,transverse counterflow of liver qi influencing the stomach,the stomach failing to harmonize and descend,counterflow of qi movement,which attacks the throat along the meridians.Modified Bupleurum plus Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decoction can soothe the liver and harmonize the stomach,and regulate the throat to treat globus hystericus.
