摘要
中医学将人体的状态分为未病态、欲病态、已病态和病后态。对于胆石症患者,未病态时以预防为主,未焚徙薪,防患于未然,健康管理以规范饮食、调畅情志、保持适度锻炼以巩固正气为要,增强体质。欲病态时以救其萌芽,早遏其路,防微杜渐为主,健康管理需引导民众养成健康的生活作息与习惯,注重城乡发展差异,关注易感人群,提升全民健康意识。已病态应及早诊治,掌握疾病发展、传变规律,防其传变,胆石症最大的危险是癌变,故胆石症一旦确诊就应把握时机,及时采取相应的治疗对策;病后态应休养生息,调摄正气,扶正以祛邪。患者的心理、精神健康管理尤为重要。术后宜清淡饮食,劳作有度,减少疾病复发的概率。
TCM divides the states of the human body into disease-free state,disease-impending state,sick state,and post-disease state.When cholelithiasis is in disease-free state,prevention is the most important,so health management focuses on regulating diet,harmonizing emotions,and maintaining moderate exercise to consolidate healthy qi,strengthen the physique.When cholelithiasis is in disease-impending state,stopping their sprouts,curbing their path as early as possible,and focusing on prevention are critical.Therefore,health management needs to guide people to develop healthy living habits,pay attention to the differences between urban and rural development,care vulnerable occupations and people,and improve the health awareness of all the people.When cholelithiasis is in sick state,the patient is should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.It is necessary to master the law of disease development and transmission to prevent its further transmission.The biggest risk of cholelithiasis development is canceration,so once cholelithiasis is diagnosed,we should grasp the opportunity to take appropriate treatment measures in time.When cholelithiasis is in post-disease state,the patient should recuperate,regulate the healthy qi,and support the healthy qi to dispel the pathogens.The management of patients′psychological and mental health is particularly important.It is advisable to eat light food and work moderately after operation to reduce the probability of disease recurrence.
