摘要
对摄像盒盖板铝型材的结构特征进行了分析,介绍了传统模具结构的特点,提出了一种称之为约束式遮盖分流模的新型模具结构。这种新型模具结构的工作原理是通过“遮盖”和“约束”来改善模具的承载状态和承载结构,达到提高模具强度的目的。同时描述了这种结构的设计要点,包括分流孔的布置、约束凸台的设计、应力间隙的选取、下模焊合室与工作带的设计等,并对新旧模具结构的使用结果进行了对比。通过对铝合金监控摄像盒盖板传统挤压结构的改进,得出了准确判定半空心型材的两个条件,包括舌比的计算和强度的校验。实践表明,新型模具结构实用有效,值得复制和推广。
The structure charcteristic of aluminum profile for camera box cover are analyzed. this paper introduces the features of traditional mold structure, and proposes a called constraint type to cover a new type of die structure. The die working principle of this new type die structure is through the "cover" and "restraint" to improve the load-bearing state and bearing structure of die, to achieve the purpose of increase die strength;The design points of the structure are described, including the arrangement of the split hole, the design of the constraint boss, the selection of the stress gap, the design of the welding chamber and the working belt of the lower die.The application results of the old and new die structures were compared. Through the improvement of the traditional extrusion structure of aluminum alloy surveillance camera box cover plate, two conditions for accurately determining the semi-hollow profile are obtained, including the calculation of tongue ratio and the verification of strength. The practice shows that the new die structure is effective and worthy of replication and promotion.
