外引气源下熔渣泡沫化的高温模拟

High-temperature Simulation of Slag Foaming under External Gas Source

摘要 熔渣泡沫化对于冶金电弧炉生产工艺具有重要的意义。采用吹入不同外引气源的方式,包括CO_(2)、Ar和N_(2),以研究高温熔渣泡沫化情况,结果表明,在外引气源的条件下,熔渣泡沫化程度随气体吹入的时间先升高后降低,在吹入气体2分钟时熔渣泡沫化高度达到最大。熔渣泡沫化程度随气体流量的增大先上升后下降,其中外引气源选择CO_(2)时泡沫化效果最佳。随着熔渣碱度的提高,熔渣的发泡速度加快,但熔渣最大发泡高度降低。 Slag foaming is of great significance to the production process of metallurgical EAF.In this study,different external air sources including CO_(2),Ar and N_(2) were used to study the foaming condition of high-temperature slag.The results show that:under the condition of external air source,the foaming degree of slag increases first and then decreases with the time of gas blowing,and the foaming height of slag reaches the maximum when the gas is blown in for 2minutes.The foaming degree of slag increases first and then decreases with the increase of gas flow,and the foaming effect is the best when CO_(2) is selected as the external gas source.With the increase of slag basicity,the foaming speed of slag is accelerated,but the maximum foaming height of slag is decreased.
