摘要
目的研究基于“互联网+”师生互动学习平台的建立,改进护理专业临床课教学,加强学生对知识的掌握与应用,提高教学质量,建立教学评价体系。方法2017年3月—2019年12月,建立护理专业“互联网+教学服务体系平台”,选择护理专业高中本科学生进行运动系统疾病护理课程的学习,进行分组试验。2015级46名为对照组,按传统的教学模式教学。2016级54名为试验组,利用“互联网+教学服务体系平台”进行教学。测评两组学生期中和期末的考试成绩、师生互评的结果、教学督导的评价结果,统计分析得出结论。结果试验组学生期中和期末的考试成绩、师生互评的结果、教学督导的评价结果均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网师生互动学习平台的建立,改进了护理专业临床课教学,是一种科学的新型教学手段。
Objective To improve the teaching of clinical courses of nursing specialty,strengthen students'mastery and application of knowledge,improve teaching quality,and establish a teaching evaluation system based on the establishment of“Internet+”teacher-student interactive learning platform.Methods From March 2017 to December 2019,a“teaching service system platform of clinical nursing based on the Internet”was constructed,and was compared with the traditional teaching method used in the training of undergraduates.Undergraduates majored in nursing were selected.46 students in the 2015 grade in the control group were taught using the traditional teaching method,and the other 54 students in the 2016 grade in the experimental group were taught using the constructed platform.The results of mid-term and final exam of students,the peer appraisal between teachers and students,and teaching surveillance and evaluation were evaluated in the two groups.Statistical methods were used to analyzed the results.Results The results showed that the results of exam,peer appraisal between teachers and students,and teaching surveillance and evaluation were all better in the experimental group,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of teacherstudent interactive learning platform through internet improve the quality of clinical nursing courses,and may be a novel teaching method.
