摘要
目的对高龄角色体验联合思维导图法在老年心内科临床带教工作中的价值予以探讨。方法对吉林医药学院附属医院老年心内科2015级和2016级的实习生进行研究,其中2015级于2019年9—12月前来实习,设置为对照组,为36名;2016级实习时间为2020年9—12月,设置为观察组,同为36名。对照组按照传统方式开展教学工作,在观察组教学工作中应用高龄角色体验联合思维导图法,对两组学生考核成绩、学习能力和满意度进行比较。结果观察组学生理论成绩为(46.78±1.56)分,实践成绩为(47.06±1.42)分,考核成绩为(93.84±2.98)分,对照组理论成绩、实践成绩和考核成绩分别为(42.76±2.18)分、(43.12±1.72)分和(85.80±3.90)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习能力得分为(240.10±20.22)分,满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的(207.38±21.96)分和77.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年心内科临床带教中联合使用高龄角色体验和思维导图法,可促进学生考核成绩和学习能力的提升,也可使得学生对教学工作更加满意,存在广泛应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of elder role experience combined with mind mapping in the clinical teaching of elderly cardiology.Methods The 2015 and 2016 interns of the Department of Geriatric Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University were studied.Among them,the 2015 class came for internship from September to December 2019 and was set as a control group with 36 cases.The 2016 class internship time was from September to December 2020,which was set as observation.In the same group,36 cases,the control group carried out teaching work in the traditional way,and applied the senior role experience combined mind mapping method in the teaching work of the observation group to compare the assessment results,learning ability and satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The observation group's theoretical scores were(46.78±1.56)points,the practical scores were(47.06±1.42)points,and the assessment scores were(93.84±2.98)points.The control group's theoretical scores,practical scores,and assessment scores were(42.76±2.18)points,(43.12±1.72)points and(85.80±3.90)points,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group's learning ability score was(240.10±20.22)points,and the satisfaction rate was 97.22%,which was higher than the control group(207.38±21.96)points and 77.78%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of senior role experience and mind mapping in the clinical teaching of geriatric cardiology can promote the improvement of students'assessment performance and learning ability,and can also make students more satisfied with the teaching work,which has a wide range of application value.
