摘要
血液净化是将患者的血液引出体外,并通过一种净化装置,去除血液中的致病物质,使血液得以净化和达到治疗的作用,这个过程被称为血液净化。血液净化的方法包括:血液透析、血液透析滤过、血液灌流、血浆置换、连续性血液滤过等,不同的治疗方法有不同的适应证。血液净化中心不同于普通病房,具有特殊性。血液净化不仅专业性强、知识面广、工作强度大,而且还具有较高的风险。临床护理带教是护理专业见习生实习的必经之路,是将理论知识转变为临床实际的重要环节。由于血液净化的特殊性,护理生往往缺乏实践机会,并且护理生在校期间缺乏对血液净化知识的专业培训,因此血液净化护理带教一直是教学中的难点。文章就针对血液净化护理带教存在风险进行分析,探讨其预防对策,以更好地开展血液净化临床护理工作。
Blood purification is to lead the patient's blood out of the body and remove the pathogenic substances in the blood through a purification device,so that the blood can be purified and achieve the role of treatment.This process is called blood purification.The methods of blood purification include:hemodialysis,hemodialysis filtration,hemoperfusion,plasma exchange,continuous hemofiltration,etc.Different treatment methods have different indications.The blood purification center is different from the general ward.Blood purification not only has strong professionalism,wide range of knowledge,high work intensity,but also has high risk.Clinical nursing teaching is the only way for nursing interns to practice and an important link to transform theoretical knowledge into clinical practice.Due to the particularity of blood purification,nursing students often lack practical opportunities,and nursing students lack professional training in blood purification knowledge during school.Therefore,blood purification nursing teaching has always been a difficulty in teaching.This paper analyzes the risks of blood purification nursing teaching and discusses its preventive countermeasures,in order to better carry out clinical nursing work of blood purification.
