摘要
新时代档案具有独特的价值。此次研究使档案工作者重新认识档案、认识档案工作,树立档案知识管理的理念,积极探索以“用户为中心”的实时沟通、交互的工作模式,利用信息技术对电子文件整个生命周期进行全程管理,从而使庄河市数字档案馆真正成为实现资源数字化、结构合理化、形式多样化、技术标准化、管理科学化、信息社会化目标的4A级档案馆。
Archives in the new era have unique value.Through this research,the archivists can understand archives and archival work anew,establish the concept of archival knowledge management,actively explore the "user-centered" real-time communication and interaction mode,and use information technology to manage the whole life cycle of electronic documents.Thus,the Zhuanghe Digital Archives can truly become a 4A level archive that realizes the goals of digitization of resources,rationalization of structure,diversification of forms,standardization of technology,scientific management and socialization of information.
