后脱贫时代高校多元资助育人体系构建研究 被引量:4

摘要 党的十九大之后,我国的脱贫攻坚已经获得了突破性的创新成果,在后脱贫时代,高校的资助育人体系也需要与时俱进,根据社会的发展形势对其做出相应的调整和规划。高校对贫困大学生进行资助,除了需要让贫困大学生不会因为经济条件而失去学习的机会,更要促使贫困大学生能够进一步克服经济条件因素所造成的影响,弥补某些劣势,让他们能够更加积极向上,真正地实现成人成才,在高校的资助下,成为更加优质的社会主义接班人。因此,在我国高校的资助育人体系建设等相关工作过程中,需要基于后脱贫时代的发展特征,进一步解决在资助育人过程中存在的各类现实问题,依照不同学生的实际情况,制定不同的资助政策,从精神以及物质两个方向着手,建立更加完善的育人资助生态链,真正落实资助育人的帮扶目标。 Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s development plan for poverty alleviation has achieved breakthrough innovative results.In the post-poverty era,the subsidy system in colleges and universities also needs to keep pace with the times and make corresponding adjustments and plans according to the situation of social development.Colleges and universities should not only help poor college students not lose their learning opportunities because of economic conditions,but also promote poor college students to further overcome the impact of economic conditions and make up for some disadvantages,so that they can be more positive,truly realize adult talent,and become a more high-quality socialist successor with the support of colleges and universities.Therefore,in the process of the construction of subsidy system and other related work in colleges and universities in China,it is necessary to further solve various practical problems existing in the process of subsidy education based on the development characteristics in the post-poverty era,formulate different funding policies according to the actual situation of different students,and establish a more perfect ecological chain of education funding from the spiritual and material directions,so as to truly implement the goal of subsidy education.
