摘要 妊娠期胎儿甲状腺功能尚未发育完全,主要依赖母体甲状腺激素。妊娠期母体甲状腺功能受妊娠激素变化、自身免疫性甲状腺炎和碘摄入不足等因素的影响,部分孕妇体内甲状腺激素水平不足以满足自身及胎儿的生长发育需求,从而对孕妇及胎儿各器官系统生长和大脑发育产生不同程度的影响。近年来,由于胎儿超声心动图诊断经验不断丰富,超声仪器设备、检查技术及分析软件不断发展,产科及超声医师开始关注各种母体病理性妊娠状态下胎儿心脏功能的变化。 During pregnancy,fetal thyroid function is not fully developed and mainly depends on maternal thyroid hormones.Maternal thyroid function during pregnancy is affected by factors such as changes in pregnancy hormones,autoimmune thyroiditis,and insufficient iodine intake.Some pregnant women have insufficient thyroid hormone levels to meet the growth and development needs of themselves and their fetuses.Growth and brain development are affected to varying degrees.In recent years,due to the continuous enrichment of fetal echocardiographic diagnosis experience and the continuous development of ultrasound equipment,examination technology and analysis software,obstetricians and ultrasound physician have begun to pay attention to changes in fetal cardiac function in various maternal pathological pregnancy states.
