摘要
目的:研究无缝隙一体化护理模式对急诊严重创伤患者救治时间及效果的影响。方法:采用医学样本对比法,选取我院急诊科2020年4月-2020年12月急诊严重创伤患者78例为受试对象。按照护理模式不同,分为病例数相同的2组。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用无缝隙一体化护理模式,比较2组患者的救治时间及效果。结果:2组患者在接收时间、检查时间、静脉采血时间、静脉用药时间、治疗时间、抢救成功率上数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中抢救效果、抢救效率、救护技术、沟通协调、服务意识评分上数据对比突出,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者预后的总有效率为92.31%(36/39),比对照组的76.92%(30/39)高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊严重创伤患者无缝隙一体化护理模式的应用,更能缩短患者救治时间,提升治疗效果,值得在该类患者的临床护理实践中大力推广实施。
Objective:To study the effect of seamless integrated nursing mode on the treatment time and effect of emergency patients with severe trauma.Methods:Using the medical sample comparison method,78 emergency patients with severe trauma from April 2020 to December2020 in the emergency department of our hospital were the subjects.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into 2 groups with the same number of cases.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the research group adopted the seamless integrated nursing mode.The treatment time and effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:There were significant differences in the receiving time,examination time,venous blood collection time,intravenous medication time,treatment time,and rescue success rate between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The data of rescue effect,rescue efficiency,rescue technology,communication and coordination,and service awareness scores between the study group and the control group were outstanding,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of prognosis of patients in the study group was 92.31%(36/39)higher than that in the control group,76.92%(30/39),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless integrated nursing model for severe trauma patients in emergency department can shorten the treatment practice of patients and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and implementation in the clinical nursing practice of such patients.
