高速铁路自密实混凝土宏观流变特性试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究自密实混凝土在使用过程中的流动性损失,合理指导使用时间,基于某客运专线CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实填充层现场灌注试验,通过记录自密实混凝土拌和后2、27、38和55 min,共4个阶段的T_(500)、扩展度和灌注时间等指标,采用统计学手段和对比分析的方法研究高速铁路自密实混凝土宏观流变特性。研究表明:随着搅拌时间的增长,自密实混凝土T_(500)和扩展度随着使用时间的延长呈现流动性的损失,且随时间的增长,流动性能的损失速率逐渐增大;结合指导的参数取值区间,扩展度对流动性的损失衡量更为敏感,现场试验时应优先考虑;T_(500)和灌注时长同扩展度存在非常显著的负相关关系,且满足拟合曲线方程。 To understand the fluidity loss of self-compacting concrete in use for the best use time to spend,a study is conducted based on the field pouring test of the filling layer in a self-tightening chamber of a CRTSⅢslab Ballastless track,by recording and analyzing the T_(500),expansion and pouring time of the self-compacting concrete mixing,27 min,38 min,and 55 min,to find out the rheological properties of self-compacting concrete of high-speed rails.The research draws the following conclusions:a loss of fluidity of the self-compacting concrete T_(500) and expansion develops with the increasing mixing time and its rate increases with the increasing mixing time;expansion is more sensitive to the quantity of the loss of liquidity within the parameters specified in the guildline and should be given priority consideration in field tests;and the T_(500) and the pouring time with expansion shows a significant negative correlation which satisfies the fitted curve equation.
