摘要
劳动的历史性决定了劳动教育的时代性。新时代劳动内涵进一步丰富,使劳动教育呈现出自然性、时代性、互融性、实践性四个特性。在此基础上,新时代的高职院校劳动教育在对实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代性回应、对关注人本体全面发展的理性回归、对塑造人的新劳动价值观的本质性体现三个方面的价值意蕴更加得到彰显。为此,新时代的高职院校劳动教育应努力探索构建课程生态、实践生态、保障生态,以推动传导劳动教育的普遍性价值、深化劳动教育的使命目标、实现劳动教育创新发展,从而促进大学生正确劳动价值观的养成和新型劳动者的培育。
The historical nature of labor determines the temporal feature of labor education.The connotation of labor in the new era is further enriched,which makes labor education present four characteristics:naturalness,modernity,integrity and practicability.On this basis,the value implications of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era have become more prominent in three aspects:the contemporary response to the realization of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the rational return to the concern for comprehensive development of human being,and the essential embodiment of the new labor values for shaping human beings.To this end,labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era should strive to explore the construction of curriculum ecology,practice ecology and guarantee ecology,so as to promote the conduction of the universal value of labor education,deepen the mission objective of labor education,realize the innovative development of labor education,thus promote the cultivation of correct labor values and new types of workers among college students.
