摘要
高校“三育”一体精准资助育人体系将育人理念贯穿于高校奖、助、补、贷、免、勤等具体环节,是新形势下高校资助育人工作的重要抓手,是新时代高校“三全育人”工作的创造性实践。高校“三育”一体精准资助育人体系关键在于“育心”,进而将“育心”“育志”与“育智”紧密结合起来。一方面,通过构建“四准”精准资助工作机制,形成“育心”“育志”“育智”系统,打造出“三育”一体高校精准资助育人体系;另一方面,通过创新育人理念、育人方法、育人平台,进行动态发展性资助,进一步提升高校资助育人工作的成效。
The system of“three-education”precise financial aid in colleges and universities merges the concept of educating people into the specific aspects of award,assistance,subsidy,loan,exemption and diligence,is an important handle of educating people with financial assistance under the new situation,and is a creative practice of“three-wide education”in colleges and universities in the new era.The key of“three-education”precise financial aid system in colleges and universities is“nurturing heart”,and then combined with“nurturing will”and“nurturing intelligence”.On the one hand,through the construction of the“four-accuracy”precise financial aid mechanism,the system of“nurturing heart”,“nurturing will”and“nurturing intelligence”can be integrated,based on which the“three-education”precise financial system can be shaped.On the other hand,through innovative education concept,education method and education platform,the dynamic developmental financial aid is provided to further improve the effectiveness of financial aid education work in colleges and universities.
