摘要
目的 观察桑杏石膏汤联合维生素AE治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法 将我院收治的240例RRTI患儿随机分为对照组与联合组各120例。两组均予以维生素AE治疗,联合组加用桑杏石膏汤治疗,两组均持续用药3个月。比较两组治疗前后的血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)、白细胞介素(IL-4、IL-6、IL-8)]水平、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平,同时评价两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,联合组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清CD3、CD4、IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,而TNF-、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、CD8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 桑杏石膏汤联合维生素AE治疗可有效改善RRTI患儿的临床症状,其作用机制可能与调节RRTI患儿的炎性因子水平及改善其免疫功能有关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Sangxing Shigao Decoction combined with vitamin AE in treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections(RRTI). Methods The 240 children with RRTI were randomly divided into control group and combination group with 120 cases each. Both groups were treated with vitamin AE,and combined group was additionally treated with Sangxing Shigao Decoction,3 the treatment laoted for months. Serum levels of inflammatory cytokines [tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,IL-8],T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8)and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were also evaluated. Results After treatment,the clinical efficiency of combined group was higher than that of control group( <0.05);serum CD3,CD4,IgA,IgG and IgM levels in combined group were all higher than those in control group,while TNF-,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 and CD8 levels were all lower than those in control group( <0.05). Conclusion Sangxing Shigao Decoction combined with vitamin AE treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with RRTI,and its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of the level of inflammatory factors in children with RRTI and the improvement of their immune function.
