摘要
随着职业教育改革的不断深化,如何做好中高职贯通人才培养是职业教育改革的重要瓶颈问题。吉林省自2014年开始启动中高职衔接、中高职贯通培养项目,对吉林省中职与高职、高职与本科、中职与本科在衔接培养方面进行了战略部署,中高职贯通培养模式是各类型衔接培养的重要举措。本研究立足于长春职业技术学院中高职贯通培养工作,分析了中高职贯通培养“3+2”衔接模式存在的主要问题,并针对问题进行了中高职贯通培养课程体系建设的探索与实践,并将研究应用于2021年中高职贯通培养衔接试点专业。通过本研究,以期促进中高职贯通培养衔接专业建设,不断提高人才培养质量。
With the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,how to do a good job in the training of talents through secondary and higher vocational education is an important bottleneck of vocational education reform.Since 2014,Jilin Province has started the project of connecting secondary and higher vocational education and connecting secondary and higher vocational education,and has made strategic arrangements for connecting secondary and higher vocational education,higher vocational education and undergraduate education,secondary vocational education and undergraduate education in Jilin Province.The connecting training mode of secondary and higher vocational education is an important measure for various types of connecting training.Based on the talent training work of Changchun Polytechnic secondary and higher vocational connection,this study analyzes the principal questions that existed in the secondary and higher vocational education named "3 + 2" connection mode,and has developed further searching and practical innovation according to the above questions.The practical innovation of the research has been applied to the students admited in 2021 from the pilot specialty.Through this study,it is expected to promote the construction of through training and connection specialty in secondary and higher vocational colleges and continuously improve the quality of talent training.
