摘要
对基于图像的产品装配质量检测方法进行了综述,检测方法可分为基于图像模板匹配的检测方法、基于图像智能学习的检测方法以及基于虚实融合图像的检测方法。综述了装配质量检测涉及到的图像预处理、标准模板匹配、机器学习以及深度学习等相关理论和算法研究。对每种方法的基本思想和应用特点进行了分析,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The product assembly quality inspection methods based on image are reviewed.The inspection methods are divided into image template matching-based method,image intelligent learning-based method,virtual and real image fusion-based method.The related theories and algorithms of image preprocessing,standard template matching,machine learning and deep learning related to assembly quality inspection are summarized.The basic ideas and application characteristics of each method are analyzed,and the future development trend is prospected.
