摘要
综述了一元烧结助剂、二元烧结助剂和三元烧结助剂对Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷导热性能的影响。通过综合分析可知:烧结助剂的引入可降低Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷的烧结温度,提高Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷的致密度;也可降低Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷中玻璃相和氧含量,从而使Si_(3)N_(4)晶粒长大,使晶粒接触更加紧密。进而有效改善Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷的导热性能。其中,二元烧结助剂对Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷导热性能影响最大,通过适量调整烧结助剂的含量或烧结助剂间的比例可得到热导率较高的Si_(3)N_(4)陶瓷。
The effects of single,binary and ternary sintering aids on the thermal conductivity of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics were reviewed.The comprehensive analysis shows that the introduction of sintering aids can reduce the sintering temperature of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics,increase the density,and reduce the glass phase and oxygen contents,so that the Si_(3)N_(4) grains grow up and contact more closely,thus effectively improving the thermal conductivity of Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics.The binary sintering aids have the greatest influence on the thermal conductivity,and Si_(3)N_(4) ceramics with high thermal conductivity can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the sintering aids addition or the ratio of sintering aids.
