摘要
研究不同挤压压力条件下Mn/Fe比例对绿色建筑装饰铝合金组织与性能的影响规律,分析相应作用机理。结果表明,不同Mn/Fe比例的Al-Cu合金中主要存在4种不同的富铁第二相,即鱼骨状Al_(m) Fe、块状α-Fe和Al_(m)(FeMn)相以及针状β-Fe相;富铁相的尺寸在挤压压力为70 MPa时更加细小且分散,合金中针状β-Fe相消失出现在Mn/Fe比0.8(70 MPa)和1.6(0 MPa)时;随着合金中Mn/Fe比例和挤压压力的增加,富铁相圆整度提高,但是并不能显著改变合金中鱼骨状富铁相的尺寸;挤压压力为0时Al-Cu合金在Mn/Fe比例为1.6时取得力学性能最佳值,而铝合金模板的最佳工艺为:Mn/Fe=1.2,挤压压力70 MPa。
The effect of Mn/Fe ratio on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy for green building decoration under different extrusion pressure was studied,and the corresponding action mechanism was analyzed.The results show that there are mainly four kinds of iron rich phase in Al-Cu alloy with different Mn/Fe ratio,namely,the fishbone AlmFe,massiveα-Fe,Alm(FeMn)phases and acicularβ-Fe phase;The size of iron rich phase is finer and more dispersed when the extrusion pressure is 70 MPa,and the acicularβ-Fe phase in the alloy disappeares when the Mn/Fe ratio is 0.8 and 1.6.With the increase of Mn/Fe ratio and extrusion pressure of Al-Cu alloy,the roundness of iron rich phase increases,but the size of fishbone like iron rich phase does not change significantly;When the extrusion pressure is 0,the optimum mechanical properties of Al-Cu alloy are obtained when the ratio of Mn/Fe is 1.6,and the optimum process of aluminum alloy template is as follows:extrusion pressure is 70 MPa,the Mn/Fe ratio is 1.2.
