摘要
推拿作为传统中医药非药物疗法的典型代表,在临床应用广泛,其中枢机制与特定脑区结构及功能活动密切相关。随着磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术的发展,多模态MRI在探讨推拿中枢机制中发挥着重要作用。利用多模态MRI无创、高空间分辨率等优势,可以进一步了解推拿起效的中枢效应,为其中枢机制研究提供客观可靠的神经影像学依据。因此,笔者对多模态MRI在推拿中枢机制研究中的进展进行述评,以期为该领域的研究提供一定的思路和方法。
As a typical representative of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, Tuina is widely used in clinics, in which the pivot mechanism is closely related to the structure and functional activities of specific brain regions.With the development of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technology, multimodal MRI plays an important role in exploring the central mechanism of Tuina. Taking the advantages of multimodal MRI in non-invasive and high spatial resolution, we can understand the central effect of Tuina and provide an objective and reliable neuroimaging basis for the study of its central mechanism. Therefore, the author reviews the progress of multimodal MRI in the research of the central mechanism of Tuina, to provide some ideas and methods for the research in this field.
