摘要
样品的前处理是食品重金属分析准确度的保障及前提,电热板湿法消解和微波消解是最常用的两种方法。前者设备简单、低廉、易推广,但存在消解能力差、消化时间长、用酸量大、易受环境污染等缺点;后者设备及耗材昂贵,对部分样品比如油脂等样品处理时会导致消解罐变形或者发生爆炸。此外,两种消解方式产生的大量浓酸气体会造成通风设备的腐蚀和环境污染。新型智能环保消解仪结合了湿法消解和微波消解设备简单、消解速度快、试剂用量小、样品不易被污染等优点,同时做到废气零排放环保回收。采用该设备对多种不同基质的质控样进行前处理,石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定样品中铅的含量,测定值均在证书规定范围内。新型智能环保消解仪经济环保,能有效提高食品重金属分析检测的准确性,且普及性较高,为食品安全提供保障。
Sample pretreatment is the guarantee and premise of the accuracy of heavy metal analysis in food, wet digestion and microwave digestion are the two most commonly used methods. The former is simple, cheap and easy to popularize, but has the disadvantages of poor digestion ability, long digestion time, large amount of acid used and susceptibility to pollution by the environment, while the latter is expensive in equipment and consumables, which will cause deformation or explosion of the digestion tank in the course of processing some samples such as oil. In addition, a large amount of concentrated acid gas produced by the digestion of the two will cause corrosion of ventilation equipment and environmental pollution. The new intelligent environmental digestion instrument combines the advantages of wet digestion and microwave digestion, such as simple equipment, fast digestion speed, small reagent consumption and resistance of samples to pollution. At the same time, it achieves zero emission and environmental recycling of waste gas. The equipment was used to pretreat the quality control samples with different matrixes, the content of lead was determined by GF-AAS, and the measured values were all within the range specified in the certificate. The new intelligent environmental protection digester is economical and environment-friendly, can effectively improve the accuracy of heavy metal analysis and detection of food, and provide guarantee for food safety with a high potential for popularization.
