摘要
目的研究电源电压波动对高频电刀输出功率的影响,分析电源电压波动对设备安全性和可靠性的潜在质量风险。方法选择15台不同厂家、型号的高频电刀,按照实验设计检测不同电源电压下设备的实际输出功率,分析电源电压波动对高频电刀输出功率稳定性、安全性和准确性的影响。结果2台高频电刀不符合实验设计要求,设备输出功率随电源电压波动变化较大,超出了允许误差和安全限值,存在使用安全风险。结论该研究验证了对高频电刀开展电源电压波动影响研究的可行性和必要性,发现了部分产品因电源电压波动导致的质量风险点,可为进一步修订完善相关技术标准、提升设备质量提供借鉴。
Objective With the influence of power supply voltage fluctuation on the output power of high-frequency electrotome studied,the potential quality risk of power supply voltage fluctuation on equipment safety and reliability was analyzed.Methods With the selection of fifteen high-frequency electrotomes of different manufacturers and models,according to the experimental design,the actual output power of the equipment under different supply voltages was detected,and the influence of supply voltage fluctuation on the stability,safety and accuracy of the output power of high-frequency electrotome was analyzed.Results The two high-frequency electric knives did not meet the experimental design requirements,and the output power of the equipment varied greatly with the fluctuation of the power supply voltage,exceeding the allowable error and safety limit,with safety risk in use.Conclusion In this study,the feasibility and necessity of carrying out research on the influence of power supply voltage fluctuation of high-frequency electrotometry were verified,and the quality risk points caused by power supply voltage fluctuation of some products were found,which provided reference for further revising and improving relevant technical standards and improving equipment quality.
