声触诊弹性成像在丙肝肝硬化评估中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究声触诊弹性成像在丙肝肝硬化评估中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月-2019年12月深圳市第三人民医院超声科进行声触诊弹性成像的丙肝肝硬化患者29例作为研究组,选择同期健康体检的30例志愿者作为对照组。分析声触诊弹性成像对丙肝肝硬化的诊断价值。结果:研究组患者的声触诊弹性成像(sound touch elastography,STE)测值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),STE测值能较为准确地对丙肝肝硬化的发生进行预测(P<0.05),曲线下面积AUC值为0.97,灵敏度为0.93,特异度为0.93,均处于较高水平,且诊断截断值为11.28KPa。结论:丙肝肝硬化患者的STE测值显著高于正常人群,且声触诊弹性成像能准确地对丙肝肝硬化进行预测,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。 Objective:To explore the application value of acoustic palpation elastography in the evaluation of hepatitis C cirrhosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 29 patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis who underwent acoustic palpation elastography in the Department of Ultrasound of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital as the research group,and 30 patients who had physical examination in the same period as the control group.To analyze the elastic modulus value of acoustic palpation elastography and the diagnostic value of hepatitis C cirrhosis.Results:The value of sound touch elastography,STE)in patients with hepatitis C is significantly higher than that in healthy patients(P<0.05).STE value can accurately predict the occurrence of hepatitis C cirrhosis.(P<0.05),STE value can accurately predict the occurrence of hepatitis C cirrhosis(P<0.05).The AUC value of the area under the curve is 0.977,the sensitivity is 0.931,and the specificity is 0.933,all of which are at a high level,and the cutoff value is 11.28KPa.Conclusion:The STE value of patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis is significantly higher than that of normal patients,and acoustic palpation elastography can accurately predict hepatitis C cirrhosis,which is worthy of further clinical application.
