摘要
领导风格是影响组织目标实现和员工行为发展的重要因素,本文通过以中国知网(CNKI)和CSSCI期刊数据库为文献来源进行文献计量分析,梳理统计国内二十年来(2001-2021年)有关组织领导风格研究的脉络方向和热点动态。通过统计梳理关键词聚类图谱的方式,提炼出现有组织领导风格研究的五大热点核心类型并汇总出相关组织领导风格的研究维度和量表,对既往研究进行了阶段性划分,将国内组织领导风格研究分为三个主要的发展阶段,总结出国内组织领导风格学科知识结构框架。研究得出,多元领导、创新绩效和变革型领导是该领域的聚焦趋势和热点动态。基于上述分析,本文从人文关怀、时代性契合、领导风格择取、领导风格重塑等方面对后续相关研究提出几点建议,并以此构建出组织领导风格未来研究框架。
Leadership style is an important factor affecting the achievement of organizational goals and the development of employee behavior,this paper through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and CSSCI journal database bibliometric analysis,combing and counting the domestic 20 years(2001—2021)on the core journal research contect directions and hot spots of organizational leadership style.Through the statistical combing of keyword clustering maps,the five hot core types of organized leadership style research are extracted and the research dimensions and scales of relevant organizational leadership styles are summarized,the previous studies are divided into stages,the domestic organizational leadership style research is divided into three main development stages,and the knowledge structure framework of the domestic organizational leadership style discipline is summarized.Research has concluded that diverse leadership,innovative performance and transformational leadership are the focus of trends and hotspot dynamics in this field.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward several suggestions for follow⁃up related research from the aspects of humanistic care,epochal fit,leadership style selection,and leadership style reshaping,and constructs a future research framework for organizational leadership style.
