摘要
中厚板剪切过程需人工检测判断、缺乏智能剪切策略而导致损耗占比大,是影响中厚板生产成材率的重要因素。随着中厚板生产装备技术的发展,与工艺需求有机结合的、基于机器图像识别及多种算法模型的智能剪切装备系统的开发和应用,解决了人工误判、效率低下的问题,是实现中厚板最优化剪切并提高成材率的重要技术手段。介绍了国内某宽厚板厂智能剪切装备系统的开发应用情况,其应用满足现场工艺要求,在系统投用后,钢板长度短尺率降低0.4%、成材率提升0.5%、生产效率提高10%以上,取得了可观的经济效益,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
The shearing process of medium and heavy plate needs manual detection and judgment.The lack of intelligent shearing strategy leads to a large proportion of loss,which is an important factor affecting the yield of medium and heavy plate production.With the development of medium and heavy plate production equipment technology and the organic combination with process requirements,through the development and application of intelligent shearing equipment system based on image recognition and various algorithm models,the problems of manual misjudgment and low efficiency are solved.It is an important technical means to realize the optimal shearing of medium and heavy plates and improve the yield.The development and application of intelligent shearing equipment system in a domestic wide and heavy plate factory were introduced.Its application met the field process requirements.After the system was put into operation,the short length of plate was reduced by 0.4%,the yield was increased by 0.5%,and the production efficiency was increased by more than 10%.The considerable economic benefits were obtained,and there was a broad prospect of popularization and application.
