摘要
针对六盘水地区煤系地层厚度大、层数多、低压易漏,煤层气井固井质量差的问题。开展了地层承压试验、优化水泥浆体系,调整水泥浆性能,细化固井工艺的研究,通过引入聚丙烯纤维等一系列技术,形成了成套的固井防漏堵漏技术方法,并结合现场固井施工实践,通过分析煤层特征及固井质量问题,有效地提高了固井质量。研究成果为六盘水煤层气井固井提供了依据,具有良好的应用效果和推广价值。
Aiming at the problems of large thickness,many layers,low pressure and easy leakage of coal measure strata and poor cementing quality of coalbed methane wells in Liupanshui area.The research on formation pressure bearing test,optimization of cement slurry system,adjustment of cement slurry performance and refinement of cementing process has been carried out.Through the introduction of a series of technologies such as polypropylene fiber,a complete set of cementing leakage prevention and plugging technical methods has been formed.Combined with the field cementing construction practice,the cementing quality has been effectively improved by analyzing the characteristics of coal seams and cementing quality problems.The research results provide a basis for cementing of Liupanshui coalbed gas well,and have good application effect and popularization value.
